Meeting space is available in the deluxe 20-person Bentley Conference Room, 6-person Carrera Meeting Room, or 10-person high-top in the Club Zone. All conference tables and rooms are A/V equipped and have multiple electrical outlets and USB charging ports. Comfortable adjustable chairs and dimmable lighting make long meetings tolerable. Room-specific climate control ensures everyone remains comfortable and stays awake. Whiteboards for brainstorming and electronic bidet seats in the Rick’s-Carlton restrooms flush out the best ideas.

K-cup coffee machines and a refrigerator is available for use. Refreshment counters are located either inside or nearby. Meeting hosts may furnish their own adult and other beverages or utilize a caterer of their choice for food items making this a highly affordable venue.
